It is the responsibility of the employees to care and maintain the equipment. In case the equipment gets broken due to wear and tear, I shall have it inspected with the company's tech departmentas soon as possible.

Upon the termination of my employment, the employee shall surrender the equipment back to the company and the company has the right to withhold the final pay until the return of the equipment.
